Nancy is a Health & Wellness Coach, Teacher, Consultant, ThetaHealing™ Practitioner and ThetaHealing™ Instructor at Inner Healings, where she brings clarity, understanding and support to people going through emotional pain. No stranger to pain herself, she has amazingly overcome a merciless series of accidents, diseases and emotional traumas to live a life of health and vitality. For this reason, Nancy isn’t a Survivor, she’s a Thriver! To express her gratitude, engage her passion and give back to the community, she works as a Counsellor on weekends for adults in need and runs her business during the week. In addition, she continuously creates new teachings to help others understand how to become more aware of their destructive thoughts and patterns so that they can consciously choose to create better lives.
To say that Nancy’s journey began out of necessity would be a tremendous understatement. She has had to learn, practice, and master health and wellness on all levels in order to battle allergies, asthma, depression, panic attacks, 7 months of debilitating hip pain, 5 years of anaphylactic shocks and 2 separate bouts of cancer. As if that wasn’t enough, she was in a major vehicle accident when she was 13 that had doctors predict that she would be in a wheelchair by the age of 30. Then, three years later, she was in a second accident that brought about 28 years of chronic headaches. Shockingly, at that same time of her life, she was abandoned by her mother in a small northern town, left to grow up without parents, siblings or other family. And yet, in spite all of these cruel and relentless setbacks, she embraced all of her learnings to successfully heal herself, with nothing but a seasonal allergy left over from her unbelievable list of tragedies. Now, She teaches others what she had to learn for herself.
Nancy’s teachings formally began in 2007, when she founded Inner Healings to provide nutritional consultations and massages. It wasn’t long, however, before she realized she had to expand her services. After all, she knew very well from personal experience that health and wellness isn’t just about what you eat or how your body currently feels; it’s more about why you eat what you eat and why you feel the way you feel. Thus, with her thirst for knowledge and her desire to connect mind, body and soul, she enrolled in and graduated from the iPEC Coaching Academy, and later immersed herself in a multitude of courses from the THInK ThetaHealing™ Institute of Knowledge.
Armed with passion, personal experience and professional qualifications, Nancy brings you inner healings by taking you down your personal memory lane, making you aware of the root of your issues, and getting your inner voice to tell you how to overcome them for good. After a session with her, clients report feeling lighter, happier, clearer and more emotionally balanced. Her work is done both online and at her business location situated in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.
To contact Nancy, please email her at [email protected], or visit www.InnerHealings.ca.

My journey with health and healing began at birth. Throughout my childhood, I was blessed to encounter a wide variety of philosophical thinkers. They inspired me to delve more deeply and discover what was hidden within the familiar.
After working as a massage therapist for several years, I again began to look deeper, which led me to the study of Traditional East Asian Medicine. Although I started my studies in 1992, I did not finish until 2003 due to a detour to obtain a PhD in integrative theology.
Through Traditional East Asian Medicine, I finally found an existing and well-founded language to discuss the integration of the body, mind and spirit. The power of this understanding of the soma and psyche allows me to work with my patients to unfold their destiny in the most powerful and concurrently gentlest way possible.
I believe in the power, subtlety and majesty of the medicine I am trained to practice, in the transformative properties bound within this medicine and the boundless ability of the human body/mind/spirit to encompass that transformation.
(Dr Dia Vickery, DACM, LAc, Dipl. O.M.(NCCAOM) draws on her background in philosophical studies and theology and merges this with her deep passion and developmental understanding of Chinese Traditional East Asian and energetic medicine.

Hi, my name is Kelly Benson, and I’m a mother of two kids, Wife, Woman of Faith and a huge lover of all things natural.
My passion for health and wellness started back when I was diagnosed with skin cancer, and at the same time my son was diagnosed with ADHD and my 2 year old was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I not only got into the natural health industry because I wanted to improve my family’s wellness, but because I knew in my heart that this was the direction I needed to take to allow our bodies to heal.
I became a wellness advocate with doTerra 3 years ago, and I have grown a passion for plant-based therapies and how minerals can feed our cells to thrive. All we need for our body to thrive is found in nature: Food, water, essential oils (plant) and minerals.
My passion and drive is to educate women that are ready to live their most healthiest life naturally. Ultimately, I empower you with choices for your family.

Hello there! My name is Yvonne Garcia. I’m a Registered Nurse, a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I support women who struggle with health issues such as anxiety, depression, low energy, hormones imbalance, digestive problems, etc. and they want to understand how to support their body with a natural approach. I do this by providing 1:1 coaching, education, support, online courses, and group coaching.
Let me explain what brought me to my practice. Being in the nursing profession, I thought I had a good handle on being healthy. I was doing everything by the books. But it wasn’t until I found myself suffering from a debilitating illness that rocked my world. Before I knew it, I was taking massive doses of prescription medication, and boy, was I in for a rude awakening!
After suffering significant side effects and becoming numb to the world around me, I finally said, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”! There had to be a different way to support my body and get my health back! That was the day I decided to think “OUTSIDE THE BOX” and looked for an alternative to help my body heal.
I was fortunate to find the healing I was so desperate to achieve with the help of an Ayurvedic Physician. Yes, this western medicine trained nurse found healing with an eastern medicine approach, imagine that! I am forever grateful for this experience because my whole life took a change for the best!
As I implemented this eastern medicine approach, I quickly realized everything I was doing incorrectly, which lead to my illness. Once I was able to provide my body with the right resources it needed to function, everything fell right into place, and the healing process began.
Because of my health journey, I have a strong desire to support women who are ready for that change. They want to understand what they need to do to help their body heal. They are tired and want their health back once and for all. I am passionate about assisting women in finding healing with a holistic approach by supporting their body’s innate ability to heal naturally with proper Nutrition, Stress Reduction, Digestive support, Daily Routines, Meditation, Movement, decreasing toxicity, and Essential Oils, to name a few. With this concept, my friends, life will take a different approach for you, just like it did for me. I am grateful I had this opportunity, which changed my health and my life! Are you ready to do the same? ❤️

Suzanne Mongrain-Smith obtained her bachelor’s degree in music education from the Université du Québec À Montréal in 1990. Ever since, she’s been teaching instrumental music and voice inside and outside the Ontario Educational System. With over 30 years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults, she feels stronger than ever that lives can be changed through the joy of singing or playing an instrument.
At the age of 30, Suzanne encountered a more challenging period in her life battling with anxiety and depression. It was then that she discovered meditation, yoga and mantra as self-healing tools; practices she has since integrated into her daily life.
Today she teaches music and voice at Algonquin Secondary School in North Bay where she has started introducing chanting to her students. Their responses and testimonies have been astounding. Many have opened up to her about their anxiety issues and have shared how chanting is helping them feel calmer and more at peace.
Suzanne is constantly learning about the healing power of sound vibrations through her daily practice and hosts live sessions of chanting mantras on her Kuvalaya Facebook page on a regular basis. She recently obtained a 200hr Nada Yoga Teacher Training Certification from the Heart of Sound institute. By refining her pronunciation of Sanskrit, she has learnt to better channel the vibrational power of chanting. In the future, she hopes to continue sharing the transformative power of this practice through weekend retreats, yoga festivals and other wellness events. She is also on the verge of launching her first Mantra Album “Kuvalaya”. You can find her first three singles on several streaming platforms like itunes, Apple Music and Spotify.
Feeling blessed by having had teachers and healers that have guided her towards a fuller, better life, she now feels compelled to share her knowledge and experience with anyone wanting to explore the joy of chanting. She is an avid, enthusiastic and devoted sound yogi!
